We inspect every item thoroughly before shipping it to you. If your item arrives and something is wrong such as damage send us an email and a photo or two of the item. If it is something that we did wrong you will surely be reimbursed. If it is a questionable matter we will solve it together, trust me we want you to be happy you supported our art.
